The Three LIttle Pigs

Bucknall, C. (1987). The Three Little Pigs. New York, New York: Dial 1st Edition.

Brief Annotation: The classic story of the three little pigs who decide to go out and build houses of their own. One of straw, one of sticks, and one of bricks. The big bad wolf comes along and blows down the first two houses of straw and sticks. He goes to blow down the last one but realizes bricks are not the easiest thing to blow down.

Genre: Animal Fantasy

Grade Level: PreK-2

Response/Rating: 2; It was just the same old classic story with nothing to exciting about it but it was well written for a younger audience.

Question: Looking at the title what do you think will happen to the three little pigs?
