Annotation: Owen the mouse is attached to his fuzzy yellow blanket and can't go anywhere without it. His mom and dad want him to get rid of it before he starts school, but fail to do so. They resolve the issue by cutting the blanket in to several pieces so that Owen can carry it wherever he goes.

Children who will like this book: Kids that have been attached to something like a blanket or a stuffed animal while growing up.

Rating/Response: 3-It is a book that many children can relate to and there is a positive solution at the end of the book that makes everyone happy.
