Breif Annotation: Sylvester the Donkey comes across a magic pebble that makes his wishes come true. That same day he turns himself in to a rock on accident. His parents are worried about where Sylvester disappeared to when he doesn't return home. A year passes until his parents have a picnic. As they sat and wished for Sylvester to come home, the rock that they were picniking at magically turned back in to Sylvester. So, happily ever after the family was reunited.

Genre: Animal Fantasy

Readers who will like this book: Children that are good at make believe and magic. Children that have collections of some sort.

Rating/Response: 3/4 The ending is happy when he gets to be with his parents again. There is a lot of hope and love in the story.
