Readers who will like this: Young children who haven't begun to read, anyone who likes to watch imaginary things come to life.
Response/Rating: I would give this book a 4 because the plot is great. I enjoy watching things come to life. I also love the illustrations that have a very realistic feel, and I think other people will enjoy them too.
One question to ask before a read-aloud: Have you ever drawn something and watched it come to life? Or did you imagine it was real?
