Brief Annotation: The four Penderwick sisters spend their summer at an estate called Arundel. They were very excited to explore the extensive grounds in order to begin what was sure to be a summer full of adventure. Unfortunately, the owner of Arundel wasn't so excited to be hosting the Penderwicks and made her feelings know.

Response/Rating (1-4): I rate this book a 4! It brought back wonderful memories of my own childhood when every thing and every place was the beginning of an adventure!
