Response/Rating (1-4): 4. The captain underpants books are engaging, goofy, and exciting for readers. The different types of writing in this easy to read chapter book, keep it interesting. The illustrations to accompany the text make the book even better. I think this is a great book for readers who don't usually like to read.

One question you would ask before a read aloud: Who's your favorite superhero? If you could have a superpower what would it be?
